Conditions of Entry

Each participant of the Math-Olympics has to register first.

Your solutions should be e-mailed not later than at the closing
date. Unfortunately, results arriving later cannot be accepted.

With each task you can achieve a maximum score of 4 points.
At the end of each competition (8 rounds) the winners of the different
grades (5/6, 7/8, 9/10 and 11-13) will get prizes. Also the names of the
participants will be published.

Please write your solutions with a WINDOWS 3.X or WINDOWS
95/WINDOWS NT editor (WRITE, NOTEPAD, WORDPAD, ...) or with a WORD
for WINDOWS version smaller than 8.0. If you want to use another word processing
program, you have to save the text in the format of WORD for WINDOWS 6.0.
Otherwise we will not be able to access your solutions. If you want to
include drawings, please integrate them into your text.

Your solutions should not contain more than 50 kBytes; otherwise
we will not be able to accept them. Please ask your teachers how to compress
word-files (please only ZIP, ARJ
or self unpacking) and send them with your
e-mail.

It is very important for us that you mail us the name of
